After years of resistance I finally succumbed to the pressure of the Hunger Games trilogy sitting on my book shelf and read the entire set. In two days. What I was initially afraid of - the whole concept of children hunting one another - was overcome and I fell in love with Katniss, Peeta Gale and all the other characters.

I'm not sure how many on my flist are Hunger Games fans but I would love some recs for canon Hunger Game stories that, in particular, tell the POV of the other characters (Peeta and Gale, especially). icmezzo gave me the recommendation of Impossible Situations by gkkstitch that was great (Gale's perspective of scenes in the books). At this point I'm especially seeking epic or gen fics rather than just PWPs (but I can always bookmark those for later ;)
