Smoochfest - a few recs
Jul. 2nd, 2013 10:41 pmSmoochfest is over for another year - and it was wonderful.
I was so lucky to get TWO WONDERFUL WRITERS who picked my prompts and wrote amazing stories for them:
A Tale of Woo - (25K - R) - http://hd-smoochfest.livejournal.com/127291.html -- This story was incredible. I'll be a little un-modest and confess that I loved the prompt I left - a bond that only reveals itself on the bondmates 27th birthday - but in my wildest dreams I didn't think I would be lucky enough to get a writer who would do so much with the bare-bones idea. This story was stellar. I read it three times in a row.
Give Me a Quiet Mind (16K - PG-13) - http://hd-smoochfest.livejournal.com/125864.html -- Hilarious non-Magical AU story complete with a Draco & Ron bromance. Loved it.
There were so many incredible stories written for this year's Smoochfest, I can't rec them all, but these are some of my favorites:
