For me, it has to be omi_ohmy - she is simply lovely. As a beta she is so kind, and yet can push and encourage you to be a better writer, I can honestly say that my writing has improved 100% because of the insight she provides when pre-reading and editing. You wouldn't believe the tripe I've sent her and she has very gently sent it back, saying 'you can do better' and then shows me the way. Have you read her meta on meandering? It is spot on about how to think your way through a sex difficult scene.

It goes without say that her fics are amazing. She has written such incredible stories as The Comfort of Tea and Coffee, Cakes and Doornob Snakes and the Haunting of Draco Malfoy, as well humor-filled hotness like This Delicious Solitiude.

But, more than anything, Omi is all-things-kind. She cares, and it shows in her tweets and comments and the way she deports herself, in fandom and life.
